Ideal candidates will be able to work within EST or CST business hours.What Implementation Management Contributes to Cardinal Health Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives. Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. May be involved in budgeting and financial requirements. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.Job Summary The Presource Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in driving successful New Business Requests for Proposal and implementations through comprehensive data analysis and cross-functional project management.ResponsibilitiesExhibit proficiency in all phases of the project management lifecycle.Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.Coordinate project activities and facilitate team meetings to provide status updates.Analyze complex functional requirements by breaking them into manageable components.Apply a thorough understanding of relevant business processes to achieve project objectives.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency while ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness in transactions, services, and deliverables.Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial RFP through implementation.Prepare RFPs, customer responses, and supporting financial documentation.Facilitate meetings with internal teams, process owners, and external stakeholders.Deliver regular project updates and performance reports to key stakeholders.Monitor and adhere to operational and financial targets.Proactively identify obstacles and implement process improvements.Document best practices to maintain consistency and accuracy across projects.Qualifications4-8 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredStrong Excel experience (VB script, macros, VLookups) requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)Strong time management and project management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication abilitiesCustomer service or client-facing experience preferredWhat is Expected of You and Others at This LevelApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projectsMay contribute to the development of policies and proceduresWorks on complex projects of large scopeDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
