  • Engage with existing and future customers in an advisory capacity to gather feedback and insights on product performance and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Oversee the creation of product requirements, Jira epics, Jira user stories, sprint progress, and acceptance criteria to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Monitor project status and address any issues or roadblocks that arise.
  • Ensure the Arbital Platform meets the highest quality standards prior to product/feature release.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and execute test plans, identify bugs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Actuarial Science team to gather requirements and turn them into critical features and functions, building strong stories to share with our customers.
  • Support and author summaries of the key changes in product releases, including new features, major improvements, and critical bug fixes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
What you‘ll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in building healthcare products or analytics, preferably with SaaS platforms and value-based care solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong experience with product management lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Jira for product development and release management.
  • Strategic thinking with a goal-oriented and resourceful mindset.
  • Flexible nature and ability to change, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and influence skills, including executive-level presentations.
