Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:30 AM - 04: 30 PM CST)
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for staging and configuring QCC/IQ data bundles, hosting voice services, CPE operations orders, and special projects as required.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Materials Management (Picking Orders, Fulfillment of Orders).
- Completion of System Tasks as required by Order.
- Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Put away.
- Reclamation Management (Receiving, Task Completion, Equip Wiping)
- Inventory Control (Cycle Counts, Excess Pulls, and Equipment Inventory)
- Forklift Operation
Required Skills:
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant role
- Logistics Experience (Warehouse, Inventory Control, Materials Management).
- HS diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Configuration experience with Managed Routers and Hosted Voice Devices (Training can be provided if required).
- Forklift experience is a plus ((Training can be provided if required).
