By equipping the brightest minds with the best resources available, we provide an invaluable edge in real estate.Role DescriptionThe Finance department is looking for a Project Manager, with extensive process improvement and Financial Business Systems project experience, to drive and manage the transformation projects of the company's Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) processes. These efforts will involve a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience and process re-engineering, enabling CoStar Group's global expansion. The role will be in CoStar's headquarters in Arlington, VA and will report to the Sr. Director, Finance Transformation.This individual will work with business and technical teams in Finance, IT, and Product to standardize, modernize, digitize, and deploy Global ERP processes. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a public, multinational organization on large, complex financial change initiatives and have proven competency in process improvement methodologies and technical project experience. This individual will identify process improvement opportunities, using metrics, and must be comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Primary Job DutiesManage day to day operational aspects of multiple simultaneous finance transformation projectsDevelop a strong understanding of CoStar's O2C, P2P, and R2R financial systems and existing business processesParticipate in process mapping and process improvement for all processesCoordinate development with multiple internal and external technical teamsCreate and maintain current and complete scope documents, project plans, project schedules, action trackers, issue logs, progress reports, and other project documents/artifacts in appropriate systemsDrive internal and external activities needed to meet the dates defined in the project scheduleProduce presentation materials, coordinate and lead status calls and executive status meetingsDeliver projects on time, on budget, and within scopePrevent or minimize delays by keeping all stakeholders informed of progressIdentify, manage, and communicate project risksControl project scope with an effective change management processEscalate issues internally and externally proactively as neededCoordinate project deliverables based upon internal resource availabilityBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, information systems, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit university or collegeA track record of commitment to prior employersPreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle ERPLean Six Sigma certificationProject management certification (PMP or CAPM)Demonstrated ability to effectively direct/coordinate with work external consultants and vendorsExperience operating in an IT Controls / SOX environmentMeticulous about documentation and record-keepingWorking knowledge of MS Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)What's in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
