POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Reporting Manager at Cardone Ventures is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization. The Enterprise Reporting Manager will provide real-time or near-real-time reporting capabilities by implementing dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and alert mechanisms to support timely and proactive decision-making.

OBJECTIVES

  • Ensure that data across the enterprise is accurate, consistent, and reliable. This involves establishing data governance practices, data quality controls, and standardized data definitions.
  • Enable stakeholders to derive actionable insights from data. This objective involves implementing advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive analytics and machine learning, to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Build a scalable and flexible reporting and analytics infrastructure that can accommodate growing data volumes and evolving business needs. This might involve cloud-based solutions, data lakes, or scalable database architectures.
  • Ensure that reporting and analytics tools are user-friendly and accessible to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. This involves training and supporting users, democratizing access to data, and fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Provide real-time or near-real-time reporting capabilities to enable timely decision-making. This includes implementing dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and alert mechanisms for proactive management.


COMPETENCIES

  • Strong proficiency in managing data effectively, including data integration, data modeling, data quality management, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
  • Expertise in using analytics tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from data. This includes proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and understanding of business intelligence platforms.
  • Solid technical skills in database management systems (DBMS), SQL querying, data warehousing concepts, and familiarity with data manipulation languages (e.g., Python, R) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and organizational goals. The ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and strategic initiatives is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using relevant tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). This includes a track record of generating actionable insights from data to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (DBMS), querying languages (e.g., SQL), and understanding of data warehousing concepts. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis is also valuable.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in applying analytics to solve business problems and improve operational efficiencies. Understanding of business processes, industry dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential.
  • Experience in managing projects related to reporting and analytics initiatives. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals related to data-driven decision-making

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
