AT&T is searching for a Principal Exec Comp Consultant to be responsible for supporting the design, development or administration of Executive Compensation plans and processes. This position may also focus on client consulting, data analysis, process improvement or program design in related areas of compensation or a specific subject matter area (short term incentives, equity, deferred comp, SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, etc).This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.What you'll do:Use advanced knowledge in designing, supporting, and/or resolving executive compensation related matters.Align organizational objectives to achieve talent attraction and retention.Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs.Administer and support the implementation of executive compensation plans.Develop and/or present detailed reports to leadership.Integrate performance metrics with compensation plans.Support processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training.What you'll bring:Expert in creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.Experience leading significant projects with strategic autonomy.May mentor less experienced staff.Implement long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.7+ years of experience in short term incentives, equity, deferred compensation, and perquisites.Certification is required in some areas.Our Principal Exec Comp Consultant earn between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual.
