As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting upper branch management to ensure the seamless operations of our branch. Your role is critical in ensuring a well-managed, efficient and customer-focused cleaning operation./ppWhy Choose Clean Team: You will thrive at Clean Team if:/pulliYou are committed to providing customers with the highest quality service./liliYou are hardworking, a gracious team member, and can handle the nitty-gritty details./liliYou seek an opportunity to work independently, utilizing your leadership skills./li/ulpJob Type: Full Time/ppAnticipated Schedule: Mondays through Fridays (2:30 pm-11 pm)/ppResponsibilities: As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include:/pulliReport to the Operations Manager and keep them informed about the sites activities./liliTrain new cleaners and provide ongoing support and training to the team./liliEnsure that the daily/nightly cleaning task schedules are followed./liliConduct daily or nightly inspections to maintain high cleaning standards./liliResponsible for ordering supplies, chemicals, equipment, and consumable products./liliEnsure that the cleaning tasks are completed within the budgeted hours./liliMonitor and ensure that our cleaners are in Clean Team shirts or uniforms and using the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the specific account./liliCommunicate with the staffing coordinator when there is a need to fill open positions./liliProvide friendly service and communication to our customers./liliAttend to customer needs and requests promptly./liliSend in a daily or nightly recap to keep everyone updated on the sites activities./liliMake sure the building is armed and secured after the cleaning tasks are completed./li/ulpQualifications: To excel in this position, you should be:/pulliSkilled at making quality decisions./liliThis is a manager-in-training position that will be at one location only./liliSite Managers are required to have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance./li/ulpWhat We Offer: Join Clean Team and enjoy:/pulliOpportunities for career advancement./liliOngoing training to enhance your skills./liliWeekly pay./li/ulpAbout Clean Team: Clean Team is a regional commercial janitorial company with a 25-year legacy of growth and expansion.
