Position Overview: As a Construction Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the residential and commercial sectors and you will be responsible for producing a minimum of $5 million in annual sales revenue. The successful candidate will leverage their existing contacts and book of business to establish and maintain profitable partnerships. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a track record of contributing meaningful growth to previous organizations.



Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored for both commercial and residential projects to exceed annual revenue targets.

- Cultivate relationships with medium to large construction clients, securing high-value contracts across diverse sectors.

- Establish a robust pipeline of residential leads while enhancing sales conversion rates.

- Expand upon existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in both commercial and residential realms.

- Implement retention strategies to ensure sustained client satisfaction and loyalty across all projects.

- Foster strong connections with key decision-makers and influencers in both commercial and residential construction sectors.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver customized solutions accordingly.


Qualifications:

- Proven track record of generating multi-million-dollar sales revenue in the construction industry, encompassing both commercial and residential projects.

- Demonstrated access to medium to large construction accounts with a history of recurring business in both sectors.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse project requirements.

- Self-driven with an innate passion for sales and adept at managing client relationships across various project scopes.
