Senior Estimator - Commercial/Residential General ContractorAs a Senior Estimator you will be responsible for preparing and overseeing comprehensive estimates for large-scale commercial/residential construction projects. This role requires expertise in reviewing project plans, conducting quantity takeoffs, soliciting and analyzing subcontractor bids, and developing detailed cost proposals. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure accurate budgeting and cost management from concept to completion. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with estimating software, and knowledge of construction methods and materials are essential in this role.
