Opportunity Highlights:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Estimator for commercial general construction. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, detailed project estimation, and leading estimating teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in preparing bids, managing subcontractor relationships, and reviewing project plans.
  • Analyze project requirements to establish accurate timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee project budgets, cost codes, and negotiate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and project teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of Lead Estimating experience in commercial construction projects ranging from $500k to $25 million.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Procore, MS Office 365, and expertise in Divisions 2 through 16.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead client meetings effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
