Job Opportunity At Schwickert's Tecta AmericaSchwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our architectural sheet metal installers are hard working people that work well in teams or on their own. In this role you will be installing or repairing sheet metal products and equipment.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Installing sheet metal panelsRepairing any sheet metal panels or equipment as necessaryOperating fabrication machines to cut, bend, or straighten sheet metalCleaning rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debrisQualifications:Ability to learn and take direction from crew foremanExperience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forkliftNo fear of heightsLift 50+ lbsSit, stand, and climb stairsOn the job training is provided. Starting pay ranges from $22-$27+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits include:Medical, dental and vision insuranceLife insuranceLong term disabilityPaid time offPaid holidays401K with company matchTuition reimbursementPhysical demands include:Use of hands, talking, and hearingStanding; walking; reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing and stooping, kneelingFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusSuccessful candidates will be eligible for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
