Vice President Of Liquidity ImplementationThe Global Liquidity Management (GLM) Group, within the Global Treasury organization, oversees State Street's liquidity planning, monitoring, methodologies, analytics, and regulatory reporting globally. The group manages regulatory ratios such as the LCR, NSFR as well as the liquidity buffer requirements resulting from its Internal Liquidity Stress testing (ILST) and Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) framework (RLAP/RLEN). The group is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirement such as the daily FR2052a and associated public disclosures. We work collaboratively with the Global Treasury Risk Management (GTRM) function to ensure we are managing liquidity within firm policies, limits and risk tolerance while meeting regulatory expectations promulgated by the Federal Reserve, the FDIC and other regulators globally.We are looking for a Vice President of Liquidity Implementation to join GLM reporting to the Managing Director, Liquidity Implementation.What you will be responsible for:End-to-end delivery of key regulatory reports such as the FR2052a and internal liquidity reports inclusive of ILST, RLAP and RLENEnd to end implementation of business requirements inclusive of User Acceptance Testing to validate implementation against business needsDevelop governance and implement controls ensuring timely, complete and accurate regulatory reportingDaily filings of the FR2052a reportingCollaborate closely with technology and data teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to our GLM priorities.Participate in vision for the integration of our liquidity reporting infrastructure with our Methodology and Analytics group mandate, inclusive of model implementation and building analytical capabilitiesDesign and development of our next generation liquidity calculation engineWhat we value:Thoughtful leader capable of setting priorities for the teamTeam management skills, delegation and motivational attitude are essential to successAnalytical thinker capable of breaking down complex problems into measurable partsAbility to proactively resolve issues by working with other teamsStrong writing abilities and comfort drafting and reviewing procedures and policiesExperience in preparing presentations for executive management and regulatorsIndependent worker that takes ownership of responsibilities and holds their work to a higher standardEducation & Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS degree in quantitative field or related field. M.Sc. preferred8+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with specific experience in Liquidity Management and Data within a large bankDeep knowledge of LCR, NSFR and FR2052a reporting requirementsDeep knowledge of Regulation YY requirementsExperience with Financial Systems and DataExperience with Axiom and CollibraDeep Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application developmentDeep knowledge of on premise or cloud databases and business intelligenceKnowledge of financial markets and the banking regulatory environmentExtensive experience working with regulators, particularly in the liquidity spaceStrong written, verbal communication and time management skillsAbility to multi-task, manage priorities, delegate team tasks while maintaining focus on priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding and deadline-oriented environmentMust be detail-oriented, well-organized, innovative, and a self-starter and team player with a high level of initiativeAre you the right candidate?
