LPNs/RNs for Private Duty

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized in-home nursing care to a male client in Charleroi Pa.

Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and pain management
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care needs
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Skills
- Strong knowledge and familiarity of G tube care
- Suction Experience
- Knowledge and experience in tracheotomy
- Ability to provide catheter care and pain management

Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license
- Proficiency in catheterization and tube feeding
- Experience in basic life support and patient assessment
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
- Ability to provide patient care while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Premium skills in IV infusion, triage, and working with diverse patient populations
