Job Description:


As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Devolved AI, you will spearhead our technological initiatives and shape the future of decentralized AI. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, overseeing our technological infrastructure, and guiding the development of our decentralized AI systems. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in AI and blockchain technologies, possessing deep insights into the ethical implications and technical challenges of decentralization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Craft and execute a clear technological vision that aligns with our ethos of decentralization and community empowerment.
  • oversee the development of our decentralized AI platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and effective in various use cases.
  • Engage with technology teams to drive innovations and optimize our software development practices for distributed systems.
  • Manage and expand our technological infrastructure to support the growth of decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Ensure all technology practices adhere to ethical standards and promote data privacy and user sovereignty.
  • Act as a mentor to the tech team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, blockchain, and ethical technology to keep Devolved AI at the cutting edge.


Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on AI and blockchain technologies.
  • Over 3 years of experience in technology development, including significant exposure to AI and decentralized systems.
  • Proven experience in building scalable and secure distributed systems.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing diverse and dynamic teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep commitment to ethical technology practices, with an understanding of the social impacts of AI and blockchain.
