We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Minot, where you will play a critical role in enhancing the health and well-being of our patients. Job Summary: As an Internal Medicine Physician at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions affecting adult patients. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized care plans aimed at promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic diseases. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including thorough patient histories and physical examinations, to assess health conditions.  
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into consideration patient preferences and evidence-based guidelines.  
  • Monitor and manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions, through ongoing care and assessment.  
  • Collaborate with specialists as needed to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.  
  • Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care services to patients and their families.  
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.  
  • Stay abreast of developments in internal medicine through continuous education and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.  
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.  
  • Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.  
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
