We are seeking experienced Superintendents to support large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment projects across multiple states. These roles will oversee daily field operations, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in anticipating client needs, delivering solutions, and mentoring team members. Join our True Blue team today and help build the networks of tomorrowEssential Responsibilities:Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codesLead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversee incident investigationsReview and update construction schedules, address delays, and contribute to project schedulesEstimate activity durations and materials for complex projectsWorking knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the projectParticipate in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiationsSet priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field teamProvide leadership and mentorship to project staff and SuperintendentsQualifications:We're hiring for multiple levels of project management roles in telecommunications construction. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of the following:For senior-level roles: 8+ years of telecom or utility supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure buildsFor mid-level roles: 4-7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility as Foreperson or SuperintendentPost-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline is an assetComprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practicesAbility to directly supervise craft employees as well as sub-contractorsProblem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and address issuesStrong organizational and planning skillsWorking Conditions:We're thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Florence, Kentucky soon to become our central hub for collaboration and growth. This role will begin as a remote (work-from-home) position and will transition to a full-time, in-office role based in Florence once the new location is operational.
