Cleanroom Process Technician

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Level 1: • Responsible for hanging and setting up tools in preparation for production runs, following the setup sheet guidelines. • Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines to maintain mold setup parameters within tolerance. • Complete the Job Setup and Start-Up Log accurately and comprehensively. • Maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship with the Quality team to ensure the delivery of high-quality finished products. • Conduct press shut down procedures, following mold pull protocols, and properly bag and tag the last shot with the runner. • Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure accurate alignment and installation of molds. • Assist in monitoring machine settings to meet quality and production targets. • Thoroughly document all changes made to the ALS program using the setup change log. • Perform inspections of molds and equipment to identify any signs of wear or damage. • Demonstrate understanding of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals, including 5S standards and housekeeping practices. • Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
