Job Summary:
As a valued team member under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for promoting and enhancing patients' well-being. This involves completing the nursing process, collaborating with medical professionals and team members, offering physical and emotional support to patients and their families, and overseeing team tasks.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited nursing school accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
Preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience:
Prior experience in healthcare or service industry is advantageous.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Illinois: Must have or be in the process of obtaining a state license.
- Wisconsin: Temporary Permit required with licensure to be obtained within specified timelines.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
