The main responsibility of the Program Assistant is to act as a substitute any time someone calls in sick or a role is unfilled, across multiple locations. Additionally, they will assist the Program Managers with operational oversight, with a focus on coaching and mentoring other site staff. Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or relevant experience 48 college units or the ability to pass the Instructional Assistant Exam (will be administered by EDMO) CPR/First Aid Certification is required by the start date. Certification must include an in-person CPR component. If you are not already certified, some compensation will be available.
