This role will have an employment timeline of 90 days. What you'll do:Provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothys customerOwn all day-to-day customer interactionsin our physical store and across all touch points of the brandin person, over the phone and onlineSupport Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational dutiesDevelop and maintain expert-level understanding of our products and processes including our tools and systemsElevate customer feedback and identify and escalate opportunities for improvementCreate loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and our community You have:2+ years retail or hospitality-oriented experienceExcellent people skillsyou are approachable, engaging and friendlyFastidious attention to detail and an enthusiasm to maintain our brand aesthetic in a physical spaceAbility to foster connections with our customers both in our store and within our communityActively contribute towards meeting and exceeding the teams sales goalsAvailability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, minimum 16 hours a week and will help to ensure the store maintains established Hours of Operation to meet customer expectationsYou are:Passionate about our brand story and productUnflappable. Has the ability to quickly problem solve for all potential customersSelf-motivated with a desire to go above and beyond to establish Rothys as a leader in customer experienceAble to comfortably lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and stand for 95% of the work day18 years of age or olderPay Range:$18.00 per hourBase pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.Base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
