RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will develop and implement regional renewable energy programs, providing policy, budgeting and technical guidance, coordinating energy audits and studies.
  • You will assist in the coordination of special project planning, programming, execution, long range planning and broad strategy initiative in support of the regional energy program.
  • You will provide guidance to engineers and technicians associated with energy project development and implementation of energy initiatives.
  • You will develop business case analysis, economic analysis and energy consumption analysis as it relates to energy consumption, utility cost and total ownership costs of proposed projects and energy initiatives.

This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor is: You must currently be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) if applying for the General Engineering position. Your license must be held in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Developing and implementing regional renewable energy programs, providing policy, budgeting and technical guidance, coordinating energy audits and studies;

  3. Providing guidance to engineers and technicians associated with energy project development and implementation of energy initiatives;
  4. Developing business case analysis, economic analysis and energy consumption analysis as it relates to energy consumption, utility cost and total ownership costs of proposed projects and energy initiatives and;
  5. Utilize computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet presentation, electronic mail, internet and database software.
