If this sounds like the kind of team youd thrive with, apply today Lets talk ZerncoWhat Youll Be Doing:Regularly working in the office Monday-FridayTravel nationwide up to 25% for site visits, pre-construction meetings, client walks, and safety auditsReview subcontractor bids, job costs, invoices, and receipts for accuracyMaintain and update project schedules, coordinating changes with field and leadership teamsLead pre-construction, progress, and post-construction meetings with clients and superintendentsSupport field teams with material and equipment coordinationParticipate in project hand-offs and post-project reviews to enhance operations and client satisfactionMaintain organized project documentation, both paper and digitalAssist Superintendents with overseeing subcontractors and field staff performanceEnsure subcontractors have clear scopes, schedules, and the required documentation before startingBuild strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsRespond to emails and calls within 24 hours to keep communication timely and professionalEnsure every project is completed safely, on time, on budget, and with Zernco qualityWhat Success Looks Like:Projects consistently meet or beat scheduled timelines and budget targetsProactively communicate with clients, field teams, and vendors building trust and long-term relationshipsYoure a go-to resource for problem solving and navigating challenges with professionalism and calmSubcontractors and vendors respect your clarity, fairness, and expectationsYou spot potential issues before they escalate and respond to obstacles with smart solutionsProject closeouts are smooth, with minimal punch list items and high client satisfactionYou represent Zerncos brand and culture leading with integrity, ownership, and high standards
