Job Description: As the Vice President of Marketing at PrimoHoagies, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This is a senior leadership role that requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the food service industry and the quick-service restaurant segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and business objectives.
• Lead the marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Oversee local store marketing initiatives, working closely with franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development, and Finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics tools.
