Then you may be our perfect heroAs a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with bonuses and the opportunity to learn and grow.Key Responsibilities:As a Contents Field Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of contents restoration, including inventory, pack-out, cleaning, and return of customers' personal property after fire, water, or other types of property damage. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, often high-stress environment. In this role, you will also:Oversee the pack-out, inventory, and transportation of customer contents from affected propertiesManage the cleaning, restoration, and storage process for personal belongings, using specialized equipment and softwareEnsure accuracy of inventory tracking, documentation, and communication with both customers and insurance adjustersTrain, supervise, and schedule contents technicians and warehouse staff to meet production goals and quality standardsCollaborate with project managers, estimators, and insurance representatives to ensure seamless job executionConduct quality control inspections to ensure items are properly cleaned, restored, and packaged for returnCommunicate with homeowners and commercial clients regarding the status of their belongings, demonstrating empathy and professionalismImplement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse and contents cleaning areaCoordinate timely delivery and return of contents to customers once the property has been restoredMaintain detailed and accurate documentation using SERVPRO software (e.g., Xactimate, iCat, Encircle, or other platforms)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAvailability for overtime and on-call hours may be required during peak demand or emergency responsesQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in restoration, moving services, inventory management, or related fieldsExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and work in physically demanding environmentsPreferred:Experience in the restoration industry, specifically contents handling or pack-out operationsCertifications from IICRC (such as Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician or Contents Processing Technician)Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (e.g., WorkCenter, Xactimate, DryBook, iCat)Experience leading teams or supervising staff in a warehouse or field environmentStrong customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive or emotionally charged situationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionPaid Time OffSick Paid Time OffMatching 401KCompetitive compensationPersonal Development Opportunities All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
