  • Incident response and resolution within SLAs with good analytical and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Work with telco providers to report network issues.
  • Knowledge of any scripting language, preferably Python.

Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Services is responsible to provide 24x7 monitoring support and to ensure stability/reliability of the service
  • Monitor day-to-day network and server operations with the different monitoring tools available.
  • Resolve alerts received in Service Now.
  • Check monitoring mailbox and respond in a timely manner
  • Receive emergency calls though Cisco WebEx Desktop.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting, document cases and escalate if needed.
  • Identify and resolve predictive or proactive failures.
  • Perform planned maintenance activities.
