Parish AdministratorBe the heartbeat of a local Catholic parish Westaff is looking for a Parish Administrator for a local Catholic Church in Helena, MT Term: Permanent Schedule: Full-time Shift: 8am - 5pm, M-F, be available to help with after-hours events for the church Pay: $60,000/yearWhat You Will Do:Oversee the parish community's sacramental life.Oversees the Director of Liturgy and Music and the Director of Faith FormationDesign programs for faith development with the Director of Faith FormationCollaborate with the Pastor to supervise all parish staff and make hiring, supervision, discipline, and termination decisionsOversee parish repairs and construction.Assists sacramental minister, and other priests who may be providing priestly services, in their liturgical duties as specified by canon law.Create and adjust accurate and realistic budgetsContributes to budget planningMeets regularly with the Pastor.Oversees material assets of the parish, including finances, buildings, stewardship, resource development and budgetDirects and ensures appropriate financial accounting practicesWorks with parish pastoral and finance councils, and Diocesan officials to establish sound budgeting practicesServes as human resource coordinator for the parishProvides appropriate formation, education, training and evaluation of parish staffParticipate in Deanery meetingsEstablishes and conducts regular, individual performance reviews and feedback.What You Will Bring:Advanced degree (Bachelor's or Master's) degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent education/experience preferredDegree in Pastoral Ministry is preferredThree years' experience in administration of an organization or programSkilled in budget administration and financial record-keeping and reportingProficient in preparing and presenting reportsActive listenerStrong problem solvingTeam-oriented professionalExcellent interpersonal communicator including public speaking and written communicationWhat You Will Gain:Full benefits offered Permanent position Opportunity to make a big impact in Helena's community Military & Veterans encouraged to apply Help keep faith and community thriving right here in Helena apply to our Parish Administrator position today
