Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at Childress Ahlheim Cary LLC located in St Louis, MO. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in matters related to civil defense litigation. Attorney will also be responsible for conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, drafting motions to compel, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, depositions and court proceedings.


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting legal documents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required
  • Admission to the Missouri State Bar is required, admission to Illinois bar is preferred
  • Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department is preferred
