Description:
- Earliest hire date is asap and it will be a contract of 3-4 months. It will be a hybrid model with two days in the office in Glen Mills (Monday and Thursday) and two days at home. More office days may be requested.
- 2-5 years of experience in credit management and business finance. Demonstrates strong customer focus, effective communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to collaborate across departments to achieve financial objectives while managing risk. Proficient in SAP (S/4 Hana) and Excel, with a solid foundation in accounting principles. Committed to delivering results with a high ownership mindset. Native or excellent English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Increase revenue while keeping risk low through issuing and monitoring our customer’s credit.
- Responsible for the North America customer portfolio. This includes meeting account receivables objectives and goals related to past due percentage and DSO.
- Responsible for cash collection and resolution of customer's discrepancies. Achieves this by working in partnership with the sales/business organizations and AR/Cash Application team towards the customer.
- Responsible for consistent application of Credit policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Years of experience: 2 - 5 years in Credit / Business Finance
- Demonstrated customer focus with an understanding of collections, customer disputes, business risk & working capital management
- Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to achieve business objectives. Good team player.
- Experience in Accounting
- Sound communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal and intercultural savvy
- Focused, organized, result-oriented and self-motivated individual with high ownership mindset.
- Prior SAP Experience, S/4 Hana Desired, Excel
- Native or excellent English
Skills:
- Credit Management: Risk assessment, customer credit monitoring.
- Financial Acumen: Collections, accounts receivable.
- Customer Focus: Dispute resolution, relationship management.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaboration with sales and finance.
- Accounting Skills: Financial reporting, accounting principles.
- Technical Proficiency: SAP (S/4 Hana), Excel.
Education:
- High School/ Bachelors
