Position Title Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Supervisor Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $65,100- $79,700 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness Schedule: 30 hours Full Time hybrid work model Location: Team based out of Nicollet Center Program Summary: St. David's Parents as Teachers program is a relationship-based, trauma-informed and evidence-based home visiting model, serving families prenatal to five years of age. Services are offered for up to 2 years and take place in the family home or community. The three components of the model include Parent-Child Interaction, Development Centered Parenting, and Family Well-Being. Position Overview: The Home Visiting Supervisor provides reflective supervision and leadership to a diverse home visiting team. The Supervisor oversees the home visiting staff to ensure that job duties are carried out according to agency, county, and home visiting model policies and procedures. The Home Visiting Supervisor is also responsible for training, goal setting, and performance management. The supervisor will ensure high-quality practice and promote staff well-being in all aspects of program delivery. Job Qualifications:Education Bachelor's degree in human services or related field Master's degree (preferred) Experience At least 3 years' experience in leadership capacity which includes supporting the delivery of infant/early childhood mental health or related field Experience with evidence-based models and fidelity measures At least 5 years' experience providing home visiting services or community based mental health services. Experience providing home visiting services in the Parents as Teachers model (preferred) Experience working across cultures and supporting a diverse workforce Experience receiving and providing ongoing reflective supervision and supporting supervisee in emotionally demanding work Skills/Knowledge: Strong clinical skills and diverse family system knowledge Strong knowledge of infant and child development, pregnancy/early parenting, attachment theory, risk and protective factors, impact of trauma on parent-child relationships, and strategies for supporting families with complex needs. Strong understanding of relationship-based practice, reflective supervision and conflict management and resolution Ability to build and maintain supportive relationships Strong emotional intelligence Strong reflective listening and communication skills Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive and trauma-informed team culture Ability to support, motivate and guide others Ability to retain quality staff and work collaboratively in a team environment.
