Position Summary:

Oversees the daily operations of a department(s), ensuring operations runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. They manage both the administrative and operational functions of the practice, coordinating the efforts of medical and office staff to provide high-quality patient care. The role involves responsibilities such as budgeting, managing staff schedules, handling patient complaints, overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring the practice meets financial targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage the day-to-day operations such as patient flow, scheduling patient(s) Initial and follow up(s) and scheduling of staffing.

·        Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership and direction.

·        Obtaining Consents.

·        Handling any Ambulance transport, DME orders, Imaging and lab orders, Outbound referrals.

·        Receiving and handling call center calls.

·        Introduction Call to our new Patient(s) and follow up call after first visit.

·        Managing Hospital Referral Portals (Care port, Aidin).

·        Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including privacy laws, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.

·        Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

·        Maintain relationships with external partners, such as insurance companies, vendors, and regulatory agencies.


·        Duties such as training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

·        Implement marketing and business development strategies to grow the practice.

·        Other duties as assigned.



 Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or

  administrative role.

• Experience in a multispecialty clinic or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, operations, and personnel effectively.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
