Description


The Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the IT systems of our client and their remote clients. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and other IT teams to identify requirements, suggest technical solutions, and implement technologies effectively.


Additionally, a strong focus on automating IT processes for increased efficiency and supporting cloud environments is essential.


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD (IDM)
  • Automation (Scripting through PowerShell, Python, C#, etc.)
  • Familiarity with integration to other products (Workday, any patientcare software, Matrix, Fresh Service ticketing system, Networking)


Familiarity with Meraki stack


Strong Azure Cloud or AWS experience


Requirements


  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS Technologies.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory management and configuration.
  • Experience with VMware Technologies for virtualization solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting for automation tasks.
  • Solid understanding of Networking principles and technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
