Paid Advertising Specialist Summary:


An innovative startup is revolutionizing laser treatments, making achieving flawless skin at home easier than ever before. We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Paid Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving full-funnel activities to acquire new customers through strategic paid advertising campaigns, SEO, and organic content creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international paid advertising strategies, collaborating closely with US teams to implement best practices.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms, including social media and Google.
  • Utilize demographic, interest, and behavioral data to target the right audience effectively, following the US advertising playbook.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and other paid campaign tools to monitor revenue and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the International Web Manager to optimize content for international markets.
  • Monitor budgets and ROAS, creating monthly reports and implementing A/B testing to enhance advertising effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with core agencies on SEO and CRO strategies.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising channels (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads) and marketing software platforms (TripleWhale, Google Analytics, Upfluence, etc.), as well as Shopify.
  • Experience in modifying and adapting video and static content using graphic design and editing tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with international markets, particularly in Europe.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
