Summary

Revelation Waste Partners is seeking intelligent, motivated, and adaptable PHP / CakePHP Developers to work on a variety of software projects – both internal and external. Our Developers work as a part of a larger, multi profession team which is willing to provide guidance and answer questions. 

Qualifications

·        The ideal candidate should have an enthusiasm for team collaboration a passion for using technology to solve problems and fulfill business outcomes

·        3+ years of full stack application programming experience (heavy emphasis on PHP / CakePHP required)

·        Proven track record of designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces (UIs) that enhance the user experience

·        Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise user stories that capture functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder needs

·        Experience in creating detailed and visually compelling mockups that effectively communicate design concepts, user flows, and functionality

·        Adaptable to changing environments and constraints

·        Must demonstrate ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our Clients and Team Members and which every individual feels respected and valued

·        Proven ability to proactively self-manage and complete project deliverables, with a sense of ownership while supporting our Clients and team members
