Bookkeeper PositionOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings.Manage payroll processing and related reporting.Track and manage budgets, expenses, and cash flow.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Collaborate with accountants and auditors as needed.Requirements:2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
