Named 2023 Vendor of the Year by the Wisconsin Bakers Association, we proudly provide the finest baking & brewing ingredients, supplies, and services to businesses you know across Wisconsin and beyond.Position ResponsibilitiesComplete and manage documentation requests to ensure accuracy and complianceFile and organize documents using established naming conventions for audit readiness and efficient retrievalCommunicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to collect required information and support customer needsProvide backup support to peers and assist business areas with day-to-day tasks to maintain smooth workflowResearch and verify documentation details to ensure accuracy and prevent delaysWhat You BringExperience with food industry documentation highly preferredExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistentlyProfessional communication skills and commitment to serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file management systemsSchedule Part time | 20 - 24 hours per week onsiteValley Cooperative Association is an equal opportunity employer.
