Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the company empowers its team members to take ownership and make impactful decisions.Job DescriptionAs an Interior Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of interior construction for a renovation project, valued at $15M. You will report to a Lead Superintendent and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. The Superintendent - Interiors - DC Metro will:Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project milestonesEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality control proceduresManage project documentation and reporting using ProcoreDevelop and maintain 2-3 week look-ahead schedulesCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues proactivelyConduct regular site inspections and address any deficienciesMaintain strong communication with the Lead Superintendent and project teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
