Logistics Specialist II

Account SpecialistThe Enterprise Special Services team is rapidly expanding and seeking a highly skilled, motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers using Amazon Inbound Transportation. As our company continues to innovate in transportation and logistics, we are dedicated to identifying shipper defects in our current network and driving improvements through coaching and performance management. In this role, you will work directly with shippers to develop solutions and take action to enhance their performance metrics.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis.Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.Identify the root causes of transportation defects.Maintain daily logs for assigned shippers.Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.Conduct Daily Business Review stand-up calls.Essential Skills2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.Basic understanding of data analysis skills.Experience in writing documents on topics such as proposals for process improvement.Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and the ability to navigate and interpret data.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood relationship building skills and effective communication.Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.Technical skills in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain.Experience in industries such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, or restaurants is advantageous.Work EnvironmentThe team is on-site with remote flexibility during the holidays, offering flexibility and support to help you hit the ground running. You will have the opportunity to work with some of our top customers, providing a great chance to get your foot in the door for a conversion to full-time employment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00/hr.
