Responsibilities include:Regional travel required in the BRH multi-county service area.Act as a billing resourcePreparing and submitting clean claims to various insurance payersClaim error resolution; initiate communication needed to resolve claim issues, monitor until issues are resolved, escalating as neededTrack rejections and recommend improvements for billingWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Office productsOutstanding written and verbal communicationKnowledge of insurance payer requirementsBasic knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codesMedical billing: 1 year, preferredElectronic Health Records and Practice Management Systems experience, preferredAbout Blue Ridge Health:At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
