This Entry Door Installer will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation of doors and hardware, industry-leading customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team-based environment.If you have any experience in construction as a General Laborer, Service Technician, Field Service Technician, Installer, Carpenter, Mechanic, Machinist, Operator, Repairman, Assembly worker, Assembly technician, or any other skilled trade, you may find this opportunity to be a great fit for your careerJob Responsibilities:Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both a shop and field/job-site settingRepair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardwareCommunicate progress and challenges to Install SupervisorOperate in a safety conscious manner at all timesQualifications:Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not requiredOSHA 10-hr a plusWelding experience a plusHigh School Diploma/GED preferredValid driver's license with good driving recordOur benefit offerings include:Medical, dental, and vision options: Available on the 1st day of the month following your start datePaid time off plan: 13 days accrued annually during your 1st year; 16 days accrued during your 2nd yearPaid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas DayFloating Holidays: Up to 2 floating holidays per yearCompetitive compensation: Including annual performance evaluations401k retirement plan: Including an employer matchCompany paid: Life insurance, short-term disability, & long-term disabilityand moreSuccessful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
