What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues. Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by site protocols. Assist with access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed. Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the client site within the tech, media, and telecom sector. Minimum Requirements: 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
