Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Matawan, NJ. This opportunity is available for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions to provide outpatient therapy within home-based settings, primarily serving the geriatric population.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Matawan, NJ
• Schedule: Minimum of 12 hours of direct patient care per week, with regular availability including 3 weekdays.
• Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
• Work Environment: Deliver community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) within patients' homes.
• Collaborative Team: Join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a diverse range of patients.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Licensure: Must be eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Availability: Required to maintain a minimum of 12 hours of direct patient care per week, including 3 weekdays.
• Professionalism: A strong commitment to dependability, accuracy, and evidence-based patient care is essential.
• Passion for Care: We are looking for candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in their treatment approaches.
• Support for New Grads: New graduates are encouraged to apply; support and mentorship will be provided.
