An IT Director, or Information Technology Director, oversees the IT department and other technical operations within an organization.

Job Profile:

·       Identify technological needs and make recommendations

·       Manage cyber security with outside monitoring company

·       Manage the IT team including migration technical resources and IT project management

·       Maintain company hardware and software programs across Branches

·       Lead technological equipment strategy and deployment for the company

·       Implement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees about new features

·       Partner with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to meet expectations for technology help and support for the company

 

Job Requirements:


Proficiencies:

·       Excellent written and verbal communication

·       Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

·       Ability to lead and teach others.

·       Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments and security practices

·       Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms.

·       Research and analysis skills

Preferred Experience:

o      Previous experience working in Information Technology

o      Previous experience in a leadership role

o      10 years of experience in Information Technology

o      5 years management experience

o      Home-services industry experience including field-based software conversions, preferably Work Wave or Service Titan

Preferred Qualifications:

o      bachelor’s degree in computer science

o      Pest control industry knowledge and/or experience
