Customer Success SpecialistServe as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support. Enter accurate sales orders, process incoming purchase orders, assign job numbers, track job progress through reporting and completion. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their packaging processes. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests. Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to address customer concerns. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build your knowledge of cross functional technical expertise in flexible packaging, technical knowledge of products, order management systems and manufacturing processes.Other experience and qualifications:Flexible Packaging or related industry (printing/converting) experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and excellent time management skillsApplication instructions:E-Mail a resume: michelle.b@reynoldspackaging.com
