  • Protect clients' rights and best interests, as well as those of their children.
  • Must be able to handle case load of approximately 30-40 cases.
  • Provide invaluable advice to help clients make informed decisions regarding divorce, child
  • custody, and all other family law issues.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the legal process, addressing their concerns and
  • providing timely support and guidance.
  • Stay up to date with legal knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients. Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts with opposing counsel when possible.
  • Represent clients in court when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Highly experienced in Matrimonial, Divorce, and Child Custody
  • Trial and some Civil experience
  • Must hold a valid licensed to practice law
  • Self-motivated & Organized
  • Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle court appearances and full cycle matrimonial cases
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and work diligently in independent and
  • team settings
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and oral skills
