Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Role: 2 days onsite from day 1, flexible onsite days)

Local candidates ONLY


Required Qualifications:


Salesforce Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SFDX).
  • Advanced experience in APEX programming, relational databases, and Salesforce.com architecture.

Azure DevOps Experience:

  • Expertise in Azure DevOps best practices.
  • Understanding of Azure licensing and costing is a plus.

Full Lifecycle Implementations:

  • Experience with at least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations, leading technical workstreams such as integration, data conversion, or extension development.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, C#, and the.NET Framework.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Visual Studio Team Services, and LifeCycle Services.
  • Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 (preferred but not required).

Public Sector Experience:

  • Experience working in governmental or public sector environments, with an understanding of behavioral and public health needs.


Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
