A leading financial services organization is seeking a Legal Document Specialist / Corporate Legal Assistant to support a high-volume Quality Assurance team. This team is responsible for reviewing legal documentation connected to civil legal matters and ensuring complete accuracy before materials are finalized and sent to external legal partners. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career legal professionals, recent paralegal graduates, or individuals with experience in litigation support, quality review, or legal operations. Key Responsibilities Review physical legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with supporting paperwork. Verify that all documents meet state-specific legal requirements. Validate notarizations, signatures, judgment information, and complaint details. Conduct quality checks before documents are released to third-party legal partners. Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed. Maintain high attention to detail to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation inconsistencies. Top Skills & Qualifications Understanding of collection law or civil legal processes (preferred). Experience with litigation support, especially civil procedures. Prior experience in quality assurance or performing QA-style reviews. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze legal documentation. Proficiency with basic Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams. General knowledge of consumer credit or credit card processes is a plus. Required Experience 1+ year of professional experience in a legal, QA, or operations environment. Paralegal Certificate highly preferred but not required.
