About the Role: This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, leading clinical research company dedicated to advancing medical knowledge and enhancing patient care. This position involves serving as a rater in clinical trials, managing recruitment databases, leading educational events, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer cognitive tests and oversee training of raters.
• Lead recruitment and public speaking events to raise awareness about clinical research.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Travel frequently between Pinnacle locations and occasionally on a domestic/international level.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Psychology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based enterprise solutions.

Work Environment:

• Office/laboratory and clinical settings, with necessary travel between facilities.
• Exposure to biological fluids with appropriate personal protective equipment required
