Director, Ads AnalyticsAs the Director of Ads Analytics, you'll lead a talented team that turns data into insights powering Best Buy Ads campaigns. You'll shape how we measure success, optimize performance, and show value to our clients. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.What you'll doLead and develop a high-performing analytics teamDrive innovation in measurement strategies and toolsPartner with Sales, Product, and Data Science to align analytics with campaign goalsOversee delivery of client-facing insights and performance reportingRepresent Ads Analytics in leadership forums and cross-functional initiativesBuild strong client relationships through actionable recommendationsBasic qualifications10 years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing measurementExperience managing mid-size teams and client-facing engagementsStrong executive communication and influencing skillsFamiliarity with modern marketing analytics frameworks and tools2 years of people leadership experiencePreferred qualificationsExpertise in MMM, MTA, A/B testing, and incrementalityExperience with ad agencies and ad-serving platformsKnowledge of BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, Python, or RProven success leading teams through organizational changeBachelor's or Master's degree in a related fieldWhat's in it for youWe're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
