Kane Partners is searching for a Commercial Projects Division Manager for a growing commercial supply company in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and generate regular reports on project status, progress, and performance. Provide updates to senior management as required.
· Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
