The ideal Investment Operations Associate will gain invaluable experience serving as the operational backbone for the top sales team in the office, while also maintining the opportunity to benefit financially from the upside of our team's performance.


The Investment Operations Associate will own & streamline:

  • New Client Onboarding process
  • Client transaction & investment operations
  • Manage internal relationships to bring new & pending business across the finish line
  • Optimize the internal systems used to manage & motivate our sales team


An ideal Investment Operations Associate:

  • Fully licensed (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Life & Health) or interested in pursuing licenses
  • Detail-oriented w/ strong analytical & time-management skills
  • Effective relationship & people management skills
  • Motivated by a performance based compensation, but not interested in selling or prospecting for business
